The Judo Kimono (or Judogi in Japanese) KuSakura JOI approved by the International Judo Federation (IFJ) comes from more than a year of textile research. The fabric used for this model, like the JOA model, is directly woven by KuSakura. This judogi is often praised as the best judogi in the world.
Unlike some competitors, KuSakura has designed a model that is at the maximum weight limit allowed by the IFJ, ie 750g / m².
This judogi has a classic Japanese cut, so slightly loose at the level of the jacket and pants to facilitate the movement despite a kumi kata tight.
The jacket is made of double-weave sashiko fabric (double thickness) for the upper part and hishisashi (diamond) fabric for the lower part, as is the tradition of Judogi. The pants are in weave type canvas, classic.
