The muk yan jong (木人 樁) or wooden dummy, is a training instrument for Chinese martial arts used as a partner or opponent.
Particularly used in wing chun, it is also used by other styles from Southern China (choy lee fut, Praying mantis, etc.) or from the North (Mansuria Kung Fu, etc.).
This excellent product built in China by real Kung-Fu specialists does not need wall mounting. The height and latitude of the body are adjustable.
